NEW YEAR, NEW TIMES

 

Well, my friends, Welcome to 2025. A new year and much to look forward to what will this year bring us. One thing certain on January 20, A new person will take over as president of the United States. A person that previously served in that position four years prior today. A person with many past and present contradictions. 

I intentionally stopped writing At this point to wait until after 20 January, just to be able to see what this year will possibly bring. Now after two weeks, I can certainly say that chaos is running high for the balance of this year and probably for the next three years if this idiot remains in power that long. Thank you to my Republican friends that were instrumental in putting this person into power. The sad part is that you will eventually regret your move as much as I, since you will also suffer. One thing to remember, though, regardless of your choice, you will always remain my friends. I will never let that be disturbed by a single person. Just don’t ever try to convince me that your choice was a good one and bring me into your cult, and let me be perfectly clear, you are a cult member. Google it if you like. The democracy you got use to is gone. If you think that this was a good move…………….it wasn’t.

LOOKING FOR AN ACTIVITY 

 

I love writing and telling stories and I particularly like writing this blog. I start a posting and if something pops up where I have to leave it, it seems that it’s left for two or three weeks at a time, Which is a problem that I personally have. My interest move rather quickly. By the time I return and look over what I had started to write, I find myself questioning the reason for starting that particular subject. I’m now in trenched into the subject of publishing my own book. I hope I have enough time in life to be able to do that. As the enclosed will show, I have selected a subject, Along with the cover of the book, But I’m still working on the contents. Here’s the example…………

Just don’t know how to put everything in words. Several people that I know, Who I consider a good friends, Suggested that I just leave the inner sheets blank. 

That’s your cover just about everything.

Now I’m contemplating the idea of going back to the original blog, And putting all the blogs into a book, But then again, who’s interested in the life of Vito Rizzo? 

As I said, in the past, the reason, I even started this Blog was not to turn into a book, but they just show my two grandsons the difference between me growing up and them growing up. As they were growing up, I simply told them what I had to endure at the same age that they were and they just couldn’t believe that things would ever happen that way. I remember very clearly telling them that in the middle of winter when the snow was 6 foot deep I didn’t have a bus to take me to school, or that school was closed I had to walk over a mile in the snow to get to school. In other words, snow days for me meant going to school in the snow, Snow days to them simply meant No school. Wow, what a difference.

At any rate, it’s fantastic to be able to think back into the Past and reminisce about those days gone by. People have suggested to try and keep with present day happenings but I hesitate in doing that simply because The everyday happenings are so political and I’m sure that if you are interested to hear my, feelings A few of you that read my blog now will certainly discontinue. I guess the only thing left for me to do is to run for The Senate, but I love both of the senators from my state, So I guess that rules that out.

I guess the only thing left for me is to continue writing this blog whenever I get a free moment Or so, And leave it at that.
